I'm a fourth-year undergraduate at Northwestern University pursuing a four-year combined BS/MS degree in mechanical engineering with an aerospace concentration.
I'm studying mechanical engineering because I'm fascinated by how we turn ideas into physical systems that move, fly, and work in the real world. Aerospace, in particular, is where I see myself in the future. I’ve always been drawn to the complexity and precision of aircrafts.
This fascination is also tied to a mission-driven purpose: I am passionate about applying my skills to contribute to our nation's security and help ensure its technological edge.
I'm originally from Morris County, New Jersey. I enjoy activities that get me outdoors. I love the challenge and thrill of an endurance performance, whether it is a scenic long run or summiting a mountain. I've done 94 half-marathons (or longer) as well as a few ultra-marathons, and I hope to get into triathlons soon.
